1) How much ash is needed to make a piece of jewellery?
Answer : We only need a very small amount. We ask for approximately half a teaspoon per item and all unused ashes are returned with the your completed order.
2) How long does it take for my order to be completed?
Answer : It takes approximately four weeks to complete an order but this could be longer at busy periods of the year. For example, Christmas and Mother's day. We aim to have all orders complete within six weeks, if there is a further delay we will contact you via email or telephone.
3) Can the items be engraved?
Answer : Yes, some items can be engraved.
Our engraver charges £2.00 per letter which will be added to cost of item.
4) Does it matter if my ashes are a few years old?
Answer : No, we can use ashes of any age. There is no time limit.
5) Can you use pet ashes?
Answer : Yes, we can use ashes from any pet and all are treated with the same respect.
6) Will you definitely use my ashes for my jewellery?
Answer : Yes, we take great care to make sure your ashes are tracked from start to finish. There is no chance of making a mistake as each item is worked on individually.
7) How do I post my ashes safely?
Answer : We recommend sending ashes using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This is tracked and signed for and makes sending very secure.
We will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your unused ashes and completed jewellery.
8) How do I pay for my jewellery?
Answer: Once we receive your order we will confirm via email or telephone.
We will require a 50% deposit , this can be paid online or over the phone.
Once your jewellery has been created and the full amount is paid we will deliver your jewellery
via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
